{Healthy Skin Care For Healthy Immune System}

Eating a balanced diet, exercising and sleeping are important to ensure your skin looks and feels its best—but so is a good daily skincare regimen. Skin is our body’s protective shield, so its health affects our overall health. And when our skin is healthy and radiant, we feel confident, and it shows.
The skin is the largest organ in the body. The lower epidermis layers contain unique cells called the Langerhans cells AKA accessory cells, which  They play a major role in the skin's immune system and are an integral part of the body's total defense system.

The body's own defense against microorganisms begins directly at the skin surface. Special fatty acids from the sebaceous glands and the secretions of certain bacteria belong to the physiological skin flora inhibit the growth of fungi and bacteria. If a foreign body passes this first line of defense - for example, due to skin damage - the skin's immune system responds. Many cells help fend off foreign bodies. Among these are cells - like the Langerhans cells - that are specific to the skin's immune system.
